Job Title :Content Development Manager

Experience : 5 years experience in General Insurance with 1-2 years in content creation

Location : Mumbai

Job scope and Responsibilities

Content Creation:

• Prepare textual content (including power point presentation, hand out content, case studies, assessments, FAQs, etc.) to facilitate the trainings
• Design related elements of trainings such as forms, surveys, quiz etc. to help trainers deliver trainings effectively
• Update and maintain content repository from various external trainings to create readily available database for content creation
• Create any specialized content for targeted audience to cater any special program needs
• Collaborate with Area Sales Training Managers to create comparative content (SBIG Product vs Market Comparison)
• Understand product related queries raised by trainers from different functionalities to present relevant resolution
• Assist Head Sales Training to conduct regular reviews of the SBIG Training unit staff to ensure required training /certifications gaps are being closed

Training Identification & Evaluation:

• Identify relevant domain related training programs to modify existing content
• Conduct assessment of training content vendors to identify best suited vendors as per requirement
• Nominate employees in accordance with TNI to take approval from respective HODs
• Take feedback from Reporting Manager & Participants, conduct analysis of feedback reports to share with (Head Sales Training) for future engagements

• ICSAT - Internal Customer Satisfaction Index

Content Updation:

• Interact with Underwriters, Claims, Product Development teams to regular updation of existing training material in terms of any changes in the guidelines or product philosophy
• Engage in documentation of such changes for Audit reference

Candidate Requirement:

• Insurance qualification equivalent to Associate/Fellow from Insurance Institute of India or MBA (Insurance)
• 5 years experience in General Insurance with 1-2 years in content creation
• Understanding of General Insurance industry
• Experience in Underwriting / Claims / Sales / Product Development
