Job Description

  • Minimum 6 months experience required in a BPO.
  • Handle Customer Service or Sales calls with customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact, whenever possible
  • Evaluate each account using supporting technology.
  • Must demonstrate a passion to serve, an aptitude for building rapport, an ability to engage customers with a human touch approach, solve problems and overcome objections in a consultative manner that promotes our client's service goal.
  • 6 days working with 1 day weekly off
  • WFH due to COVID. Candidates need to have a Laptop and a broadband connection.
  • Education Qualification : 10 +2
  • Excellent Communication skills English - (preferred two regional language or Hindi)
  • Required candidates only from BANGALORE.
  • Immediate Joining.
  • Day Shift
