Job Description

Minimum 6 months experience required in a BPO.
Handle Customer Service or Sales calls with customers.
Resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact, whenever possible
Evaluate each account using supporting technology.
Must demonstrate a passion to serve, an aptitude for building rapport, an ability to engage customers with a human touch approach, solve problems and overcome objections in a consultative manner that promotes our client's service goal.
6 days working with 1 day weekly off
WFH due to COVID. Candidates need to have a Laptop and a broadband connection.
Education Qualification : 10 +2
Excellent Communication skills English - (preferred two regional language or Hindi)
Required candidates only from BANGALORE.
Immediate Joining.
