Greetings for the Day !

I would like to inform you regarding an opening for Robotic Operator for Thermax Limited - Sricity Location .

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare and operate CNC/Robotic machines to perform tasks such as drilling, Cutting and Robotic welding.
• Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading, mechanical drawings.
• Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
• Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
• Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
• Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly

Desired Candidate Profile :

1.Qualification : Diploma Mechanical

2.Work Experience - 1-3 years

3.Should have willingness to work in shift .

Knowledge and Skill Requirement :

1.Ability to perform Robotic and CNC machine setup

2.Program the Robotic and CNC machine

3.Set the machine parameters

4.Should understand the engineering drawing
