Desired Candidate Profile
Looking for 10 - 25 years of experienced professional with B.E/B. Tech/M. Tech Civil for a company providing Turnkey civil-engineering solutions, from design to delivery of the projects across the country.
Designation : Project Manager construction
Experience: 10 to 25 years Experience.
Qualification: B.E/B. Tech/M.Tech Civil
- Should have worked with contracting companies and specifically into high quality buildings & finishes -skyscrapers, Townships, IT & institutional, high rise residential and commercial establishments and industrial buildings etc. are preferred.
- Should have worked at Senior Level.
Should have handled the responsibilities on site from its Inception,
execution and to the completion such as:
Activity and resource planning
Organizing and motivating a project team
Controlling time management
Cost estimating and developing a budget
Ensuring client satisfaction
Analysing and managing project risk
Monitoring progress
Managing reports and necessary documentation
Should be willing to relocate. - He should be a good team leader, mentor and develop teams for on-going and upcoming projects.
- Having precast building experience would be an added advantage.
- Salary would be negotiable for deserving candidates.
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Civil
PG: M.Tech - Civil
