Job Description

Market Development

Relationship building with influencers (Consultant, Architects & Structural engineers)
Liaison with government offices where potential of product solutions exists.
Contribute in formulating and achieving overall business plan of assigned territory
Implementing marketing initiatives basis guidance from marketing

Customer Connect

Customer visits to identify requirement and propose solution as per guidelines
Gathering site information, measurement, hand sketches, value addition needs like flooring, false ceiling etc.
Cold calling potential customers (Individual or Government departments like Tourism, Municipal corporations etc.) on database shared by Manager
Maintaining complete database & reports on enquiry handling

Market Information Gathering

Tracking and collating the information on competition
Collating market information on demand and pricing.

Royalty Accrual and Collection

Ensure compliance to commercial guidelines and policies as laid out by company
Timely service royalty collection from Solution Partners
Accounts reconciliation with all SPs & BDPs.

Customers complaints handling

Interface with central marketing & design team to handle the complaint and resolve within timeline specified as per policy
