Desired Candidate Profile

Role & Responsibility:

Supervision of Incoming and outgoing stocks in Retail Store

Attending Incoming and outgoing calls and walk in customes

Co-ordinating with all internal departments

Upating CRM as per the leads

Assess the availability of space and prepare storage plans prior to inventory arrival.

Manage stock control & reconcile.

Logistics activities monitoring the order received and dispatch process with in the time.

Overseeing & handling day to day transactions .

Preparation of Material Release Order (MRO) & Goods Return Note (GRN).

Maintaining documentation and keeping documentary records as per requirements.

Responsible for security and safety of materials in the warehouse.

Maintain all report and records as per industry standards.

Monitoring manpower & labor.

Responsible for overall logistics function.

Transportation planning and execution.

Local transport arrangements.

Make the purchase order with our terms and condition and send to the supplier,

Maintain records of goods ordered and received.

Once items received we should verify the goods condition and compare the invoice amount and quantity with purchase order.

After material received must inspect all items

Posting all purchase entries verifying PO & Import cost.

If WE find any damage and poor quality material must to be returned.

Placing order for office use items

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
