Position Details:
Job Title: Service Desk Analyst (Voice process) -L1 level
Work Location : Bangalore / Chennai / Noida
Can join in : Immediate to 30 days
Experience level : 1 year to 4 years
Employer: Savantis Solutions India Pvt Ltd (will be deployed at our client location)
Contract to Hire position: (Contract Duration: 6 months to 1 year) Client will absorb the candidates based on performance
Should be flexible for 24/7 support
Should be willing to undergo training on Versant & Technical skills (As per the client requirement).
CTC : 2.50 to 4.40 LPA (Depending on Current CTC and Interview feedback)
Skills required
Excellent communication skill in English.
Should have hands on experience in basic Computer hardware and Software.
Should have positive & go getter attitude.
Flexible to work in 24/7 environment.

Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. Research questions using available information resources.
Advise user on appropriate action. Should know about SLA and severity/priority ( Person should aware Incident and service request definition ).
Follow standard help desk procedures. Log all help desk interactions.
Temp asset device allocation. Administer help desk software.
Follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues.
Redirect problems to correct resource. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions. Prepare activity reports in excel format.
Inform management of recurring problems.
