Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
4+ years of experience on Bench sales
Good understanding of the various technologies and understand the requirement. & the ability to screen resumes
Ability to assess consultants capabilities, needs, and interests by understanding their long-term goals.
Candidate must be Organized, Ethical and Punctual.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident in their abilities, Innovative and should possess high levels of Energy.
Strong understanding of Full lifecycle of IT Recruitment.
Must be able to hit the ground running
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.
Good command over English language, need to have excellent written and communication skills
Strong interpersonal and creativity, excellent attitude towards teamwork and common goals achievement.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
BTech degree in any stream.
