Operations & Maintenance - Ropeway @ Personnel Search

Job Description

Objectives: A hands on candidate is required for managing the overall Operations and Maintenance of the Ropeway

Major Deliverable:

Overall responsibility of Ropeway operations as per the Standard Operating Guidelines
1. Operating the ropeway as per the processes and practices ,ensuring performance, managing resources and securing compliance.
2. Overall (pre and Operation) maintenance (Daily, weekly and periodical), tracking expenses, regular reports, and assigning schedules - Inspections , tests, repairs, availability of Spares
3. Maintaining a flexible team for operations , maintenance (scheduled and unscheduled) and emergency rescue etc.
4. Implement safety programs and ensure compliance with all safety policies
5. Trainings
6. Regular planned knowledge transfers and Best practices for effective ropeway operations

 Qualifications: BE/B Tech - Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation and Control Engg (Full time)

 Experience:

Minimum 3 years in a Managerial role. Preferably in O&M of Passenger Ropeway and or In installations experience. Overall experience 6 - 10 years

Effective communication and people management skills

Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is a necessity, familiarity in drafting and understanding electrical , mechanical blueprints and schematics
