Position:Relationship Officer/Relationship Manager
Payrolls: On company payroll
Salary: CTC Range between 1.50 lacs- 3.40lacs ( Extendable basis experience)
Age &Social Profile:21 -30 years
Qualification: Graduate in any Discipline( > 4 yrs experience resources without graduation could be considered)
Hiring for(Gujarat) Jamnagar, Junagadh, Ahmedabad, Surat, Wapi, (Maharashtra) Badlapur, Baramati, Dombivali, Parbhani, Pimpri Chinchwad, Satara, Shrirampur, Virar, Dhule
Experience:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in selling loan preferably Home Loan.
- Must be earning Incentive in the current organization
- Preferably from BFSI/NBFC
Capabilities and competencies
- High Customer service and Customer-conversion Orientation; High initiative
- Excellent Selling and Persuasion skills with the confidence to engage customers.
- Good communication skills.
- Language - English, Regional Language and Hindi desirable
- Computer literate Word / Excel / e-mail / Web based system
- Pleasant & well-groomed personality.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for lead generation in the catchment areas through Executing Branding /Marketing activities.
- Meeting with clients, advising and showcasing Shubham products and benefits to the customers thereof.
- Responsible for sales fulfilment, pre/ post-sanction sales activities.
- Responsible for front-end interaction, field travel and Customer interface.
- Attending to walk-ins into branches & visiting clients at their place.
Key Results Areas
- Achievement of Sales targets both value & volume
- Providing product information satisfactorily.
- Delivering effective customer service
- Effective resolution of customer issues/complaints
- Visibility in the area through promotions/presentations/meetings
