Experience : 13+ Yrs (9-10 yrs in machine shop)

Education : B.E/ B.Tec- Mechanical

We are looking candidates from Defense, Aerospace, Aviation & Automotive Industry Only.

Job Purpose :

This role is tasked with the obligation to ensure all company products meet consumer expectations and demands. Specific daily duties for this position include overseeing tools/ machine performance and inspecting products to ensure conformity throughout the production process.

Job Responsibilities :

Collaborate with the upper management team to set quality benchmarks.

Inspection of CNC precision parts and execute tests to check final product adherence to the company standards.

Customer communication /interaction and submission of CAPA. Form CFT to Analyze and initiate corrective and preventive Actions.

Quality control and daily quality management of precision machine shop. Supervise activities related to calibration of equipment in order to maintain equipment as per the govt. standards.

SPC, MSA, Root cause analysis &corrective action.

Brainstorm ideas to increase productivity and performance of the production line while maintaining accuracy in quality.

Create standards in accordance with industry standards and customer expectations.

Evaluate Supplier's Quality Systems and processes in order to identify right supplier for the business in terms of Quality requirements.
