Job Description
Description- This position will be based out of Kronos Noida office in India. This position will operate during 11:30am IST to 8:30pm IST.
- Preparation of US Sales Use tax returns and ensure proper calculations based on jurisdictional regulations
- Assist with preparation of schedules for corporate US federal state income tax returns as well as the income tax provision
- Manage the OneSource Sales and Use tax software solution for monthly, quarterly and annual indirect tax preparation and filings
- Manage other tax processes including Business License process, US property tax filings, annual report filings etc.
- Coordinate with the internal teams to manage for information requirements for various tax audits and review the information other queries raised by tax authorities from time to time for indirect taxes
- Preparation of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
- Maintain current knowledge of US tax laws affecting the company Utilization in partnership with the Corporate Tax Team to identify additional tax processes to be performed within the shared services function
- Work closely with Corporate Tax Department and be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the tax department
- Drive process efficiencies and improve effective utilization of resources within the team
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of work experience in US Sales Used tax
- Knowledge of One source tool, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is a must.
- MBA Finance handling US Indirect taxation will be preferred.
- Good communication skill
