Job Description

1. IAI is a manufacturing Unit working and shall be requiring skills for the Post of  Civil Engineer 
2. .Graduate from Science Stream/
3. .Engineering /diploma in CIVIL Engineering from a Reputed Institute.
4. . Excellent Communication Skills.
5. .Ability to make and understand technical skills in construction and designing. 
6. .Decision making skills.
7.  Experience in contruction of Bunglows.
8. .Rresolving design and development problems
9. .Nanaging budgets and project resources
10. .Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
11. .Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety
12. .Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects
13. .Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
14. .Knowledge of Interior designing, Drawings  etc
