Your Role

Job Description

As a Salesforce Technical resource, you will be part of the Salesforce Platform team and will contribute to the development of new capabilities for the Sales, Marketing and Finance departments of PTC and also maintaining the existing Salesforce Platform.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for designing and developing new capabilities on Salesforce Platform and maintaining it, embracing the latest features of Salesforce.

Your Team

You will be a member of the IT GBS group and part of Salesforce platform team.

The GBS team provides business process automation and information services for PTC. We are responsible for architecture, design, development, administration, support, project management and governance of business applications.

Your Day-to-Day

As part of the Salesforce Platform team you will be responsible in preparing technical solution design, Agile development, participating in all the agile events like story grooming, planning, review, development and unit testing.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficient with Apex, VisualForce, Javascript
• Hands on experience in standard configuration using Workflows, Process Builders, flows etc.
• Hands on experience in Salesforce Sales cloud
• Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
