Roles and Responsibilities :This position will require understanding the needs of customers and develop a culture of customer satisfaction through timely and comprehensive handling of shipments. Maintaining customers focus on all times and answering to customers enquiries using the standard guidelines.
Excellence in Customer Service & Multiple customers documentation support function
Daily EDA and KPI checks and timely documentation
Effective and Pro-active communication
Handle multiple accounts, prioritize and process customer orders by providing quality customer service and effectively handling customer requirement and complaint.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Education: Degree from recognized University
Experiences: 2 - 7 years in Shipping/ Logistics Industry, Import/Export department, air/ocean transportation/ Logistics or Supply chain service provider.
