Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Total 1+ years' experience in the field of IT Recruitment.
- Experience of client management.
- Manage the sourcing, interviews, closures, and other hiring activities for all the IT positions of our clients.
- Candidate should have a depth understanding of end to end recruitment cycle with exposure to different IT skills.
- Coordination with Candidates & Interview panels throughout the process.
- Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills.
- A proven track record in achieving targeted.
- Strong follow up skills, motivated to break into new accounts through continuous effort.
- Solid business management skills.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project-management and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
- PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel).
- End to End Recruitment process.
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Source and recruit potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed and Monster etc.)
- Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Experience: 1+yrs
Salary: upto 25K
Location: Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate to 15days.
