Shift Electrical Engineer :
Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. : Electrical
Technical / Functional Skill :-
Proven experience of min. 2 - 5 years as Production Shift Engineer in Dairy/ Food or Similar Industry.
Should have hands on experience in installation, Operation & trouble shooting of Elect/Electronic devices like Induction motors & starters, Synchronous motor, Variable frequency Drives, diff types of sensors/controllers.
Sufficient knowledge of equipment control panel & its operational interlocks of equipment like Filling / Packing / sealing / Flow wrap machines.
Able to maintain Power distribution Panels & MCC.
Should be able to manage spare parts requirement & inventory management.
Knowledge of SAP preferred & able to maintain records of ISO 9000/22000.
Responsibilities:-
Plan, organize, Maint. Dept. day-to-day operations.
Allocate resources efficiently and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
Decision-making & problem solving.
Collect & analyze data to optimize downtime & waste.
Plan, organize, direct & run new Capacity enhancement, Energy savings, and Improvement projects.
Evaluate Operational Safety risk & implement solution to eliminate/ minimize risk. Zero tolerance to Accident.
