MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Cash Flow/Fund Flow Projection and management
Finalization of Balance Sheet for all company businesses
Strategic Budgeting and Projecting for various functions/departments
Annual/Monthly Budgeting and Expense Analysis
Cost Reduction strategy preparation and execution
Strong in Invoicing.
Preparing and Processing Purchase Orders
MIS Reporting
Voucher Documentation & Settlement
Streamlining and Auditing of Expenses
Bank and Accounts Reconciliation
Banking Relationship
Tax Planning
Strong understanding of TDS / GST Calculations and Payments
Tally Accounts Management (Tally ERP 9)
Payment to Various Vendors
Salary Processing
Payment Follow-up with Clients
Fixed assets record maintenance
Stock Verification/Management/Preparing Stock Statement

Compliance with statutory & accounting laws & principles

Liasoning with Statutory and Internal Auditors

Any other tasks assigned by your superiors

Desired profile of
the candidate

Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
Excellent knowledge of TDS, GST and all tax related issues.
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards,
laws and regulations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good Communication and Analytical Skills
Thorough Working knowledge on Tally Software
Relevant experience into Manufacturing industry with an employee strength of more
