Job Description

One of the Products MNC IT companies, StayinFront is hiring to strengthen the global customer support team. StayinFront India has more than 8 offices across the globe.


Role: Application/Production(Software-L2 Voice Support) Engineer


Exp:1-4 years


We are looking for:


  • Interaction with the client for L1/L2 is the telephone, e-mail, ticketing tool, call support
  • Ensure all tickets meet the targets for resolution, escalation, documentation & completion
  • Deliver world-class support to StayinFront customers by being responsive, proactive and professional in all interactions
  • Meeting SLAs and other customer satisfaction targets.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the production environments
  • Excellent communication skills, Voice Support experience is desirable
