Job Description

  • Education Qualification : Graduate with Computer Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of SAP is must
  • Experience: 1+ Year
  • Open for Male candidate only.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • MRS to be maintained properly and responsible for internal & external Audit
  • Coordination with internal & External customers
  • Listen & respond to customers needs and concern
  • Provide information about product and services we provide.
  • Make changes to customer account whenever required(address, Concern person , contact details)
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • AMC order follow ups & renewals
  • Responsible for Preparing Aging report circle wise
  • Preparing MIS of processed and pending vendor service payment from client.
  • Maintain track of Service Invoice and match with Contract Agreements, Purchase Order.
  • Maintaining MIS of Data Collation & Compilation Analysis Data
  • Coordinating and managing all Database Responsibilities.
  • Visiting customer place for AMC/ Pending payments of service.
  • Assisting Sales Sharing Quotes maybe also fixing an appointment.
  • Excellent communication as he would be interacting with IT & Major corporate companies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Preferable from Service Industry
  • Good in spoken English and familiarity with the local language
  • Experience in customer support function / Having a sales experience
  • Pleasing personality, willing to serve, to go the extra mile
  • Good team player
  • Willing to subordinate
  • Creative , willing to learn
  • Patient , support to the internal and external customers
  • Time management,
  • Following of systems
  • Record & mis creation
