Job Details: Designation: Junior Manager to Asst.Manager No. of Positions: 10 Division: Formulation Injectables Location: Vizag Location Qualification: Any Engineering Graduate Years of Experience: 4 to 8 Years Salary Range: 8 LPAmplementing the tech transfer products from sending sites to introduce as new products (NPI) at facility. Perform gap analysis and implementing the gaps between sending site and receiving site during NPI. Provides process design and parameters to the automation team to develop draft recipe for the new products/molecules in automated DCS system. Preparation of protocols for Water and Engineering runs as part of New Product Introduction (NPIs) to evaluate the recipe and recipe parameters in DCS system. Review and execute the all protocols related to NPIs such as protocols, Shake down, cycle development, water, Engineering runsand Batch recordsfrom Scale-up stage to commercializing the products. Successfully managed the construction, start-up, commissioning and qualification of equipment for an automated solution formulation equipments and sterilizer equipments, Manufacturing support activities including process mapping, process troubleshooting, process improvement, process management, Started up and tested equipment including sterilizers, solution formulation equipments. Preparation, execution, review and approvals for URS, SAT, IQ, OQ and PQ, Material (spares) procurement, services PR maintained for project and maintenance activities in SAP&Ariba.
