Position - Salesforce Functional Consultant / Business Analyst
Location - Hyderabad
Work Experience - 7 to 10 years
Notice Period - Immediate candidates preferred
Responsibilities:
- Good functional understanding of Salesforce products/solutions and industry domains.
- Engage with customers to understand business requirements, do a fit-gap analysis and map requirements to Salesforce solutions and propose solutions to meet requirements
- Own and define the functional design of the Salesforce solution
- Document the business requirements and maintain requirements traceability matrix
- Define the test plan and test cases for testing the developed application and reports
- Coordinating with the customer end-users for functional testing/User Acceptance Testing
- Preparing the end-user training documentation and conducting end user training workshops
- Provide presales support by reviewing RFPs, analysing requirements, engaging in customer discussions, preparing the requirements mapping, solution proposal and effort estimates, presenting the solution proposal, configuring demos and conducting solution demos
- Close coordination with the PM, Solution Architect and Technical consultants for providing inputs for technical design, validating the application and conducting functional testing of the solution
Required Experience and Skills:
- Total Experience of 7-10 years with atleast 5 years in large end-to-end project implementations for enterprise customers
- Minimum 3 years as BA/Functional Consultant experience for Salesforce Solutions
- Experience of presenting to senior leaders and C-level execs
- Experience of designing solutions for highly scalable Salesforce solutions integrated with other enterprise solutions like ERP, HCM, Middleware, Data warehousing, BI/AI
- Must have Salesforce Certification(s).
- Sound understanding of SDLC, Agile/DevOps methodologies and Salesforce DX
- Team player, Works collaboratively, Highly motivated with excellent communications and presentation skills.
- Experience of working / integrating with other Salesforce products e.g. Einstein Analytics, Mulesoft, Heroku, Tableau is good to have
- Knowledge and experience in Financial Services, Health, Government, Retail/CG industries preferred
