Who Are You?
If you are a Project Manager with Scrum Master experience. You make task lists in your free time, just for fun. You are known for your hyper-organizational tendencies and have hands-on experience in an agile environment.
Position Overview
- Own the complete Release Management of entire product platform (suite).
- Liaise with CEO Staff, Dev, QA, Support & sales to keep the backlog fresh and relevant.
- Own the project release schedule to ensure minimum release delays.
- Ensure that resource levelling and optimum resource usage is achieved via proper scheduling.
- Youll also be involved in the entire product lifecycle from conception, prototyping, development, QA all the way to launch.
- Additionally, youll have the freedom to make key decisions in scoping feature/bugs/release for the entire product suite.
You Will Own
- Create and maintain release schedules and backlogs for entire product platform.
- Continually update and maintain the test release schedules, timelines, by coordinating with all stakeholders.
- Generate automated reports to keep all stakeholders updated on the release schedule at a Macro & Micro level.
- Communicate internally and with marketing to update everyone about new releases and updates.
- Champion the move towards true SCRUM software development methodology.
You Will Have
- Degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of project management experience in an agile environment.
- Scrum Master Experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Worked in a Startup Environment or a product based company. Service oriented doesnt count.
- Completely hands-on experience in project management tools such as JIRA, ASANA, Microsoft Schedule, Trello.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and strong leadership aptitude.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD, Unit testing, test automation.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure.
