Job Description
Purpose of Position Lead member:Lead Space Planning team to create proposal drawing and Bill of Material (BOM) quotation under required time frame with high quality delivery and seamless communication to the internal customers.
Major Responsibility
1. To lead Space Planning Design Executives to prepare layout plan and related typical drawings in CET Designer and submit along with the quotation and BOMs to the internal customer within agreed timeline.
2. Overall management role and responsibility for space planning projects including manpower allocation and schedule control.
3. Capable to review, inspect, and control the quality of space planning works.
4. Communicate with internal customers efficiently and effectively.
5. Constantly enhance teams capability and make sure that all members are capable of the designated projects.
6. Constantly improve working process for better efficiency.
Profession Skills
1. Knowledge of space planning skills and familiar with the creating process and requirement of CAD drawing.
2. Knowledge of office furniture or modular furniture products, interior plan, and material properties.
3. Knowledge of the technical capabilities of products including stability guidelines, structural and the electrical power and data distribution in modular furniture would be a plus.
4. Familiar with imperial metric measurement would be a plus
Education and experience
1. Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design.
2. 6-8 years of space planning, office or modular furniture industry in relevant profile.
3. Experience in team lead and project management
Computer Skills
1. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT etc.).
2. Efficiency in AutoCAD or relevant CAD drawing software.
3. Experience with CET would be a plus.
4. Versatile on computer skills would be a plus, such as Creo, Sketchup, or 3ds Max.
