Position Details:
Job Title: Service Desk Analyst (Voice process) - L1 level
Work Location : Bangalore / Chennai / Noida
Can join in : Immediate to 30 days
Experience level : 1 year to 5 years
Employer: Savantis Solutions India Pvt. Ltd (will be deployed at our client location)
Contract to Hire position: (Contract Duration: 6 months to 1 year) Client will absorb the candidates based on performance
Should be flexible for 24/7 support
Should be willing to undergo training on Versant & Technical skills (As per the client requirement).
CTC : 2.50 to 4.20 LPA (Based on Experience )
Required Excellent communication skill in English.
