Mode of interview: Telephonic/Video

Roles and Responsibilities

• Reviewing documents and ensuring compliance with loan application in the system
• Understanding the loan requirement for 1st time right file submission
• Keeping a track of the timelines ETA(Expected Turn Around Time) and ensuring prompt follow up on the loan decision upon expiry of the ETA
• Filing the checklist internally created by the organization inorder to ensure that the key details and key number are captured on the checklist, also explaining the methodology used to arrive on those numbers

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 Years of experience in mortgage underwriting

Undergraduates/Graduates with minimum 6 months of experience

Good analytical skills

Immediate joiner

Shifts timing : US Shifts - Shift window 6:30pm to 6:30am
