Urgently Hiring for RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE (NIGHT SHIFT) at TECHAXIS, Salt Lake Kolkata
Eligibility: ANY FRESHER OR EXPERIENCED CANDIDATE WITH GOOD VERBAL AND WRITTEN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION ARE ELIGIBLE.
CANDIDATES HAVING BPO / KPO / RPO EXPERIENCE ARE ALSO WELCOME.
PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT A CONSULTANCY AND WE DO NOT CHARGE ANYTHING FROM THE CANDIDATES.
Position: RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE
Joining: We are looking for Immediate Joiners. (January 2021)
Shift: US/EU Shift
(We are NOT a BPO, we help people getting JOBS in and around USA and fortune 500 companies)
Salary: Starts from 22.5K and other benefits like Health Insurance, Incentive, Attractive Rewards (Opportunity to Travel)
Job Location: REMOTE
Week Offs: FIXED SATURDAY AND SUNDAY OFF (5 Days Working)

We are looking to add dynamic recruiters to the team! As a Recruiter with Techaxis you will have active involvement in sourcing IT, senior sales and delivery profiles for multiple technology, BFSI, and Lifesciences companies in North America and Europe.
This will be a NIGHT SHIFT job, so we require candidates willing to work in the mentioned Shifts. We are NOT a BPO, we help people getting jobs in and around USA, Europe and fortune 500 companies. Some of the clients are TCS, Accenture, Deloitte, UiPath, EY etc.
A typical day entails, but is not limited to, the following:
- Sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates for full time positions with our clients in the US and Europe.
- Matching candidate skills, availability, location, and salary to open job requisitions.
- Tracking and maintaining a database of candidates contacted through their skills, location etc.
- Ability to meet company hiring targets.
Responsibilities include:
- Review the job description that is provided by the clients.
- Look for candidates through LinkedIn search primarily, and through different portals: CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, and Ladders.
- Reaching out to the fit and interested candidates to discuss the position through email or cold call.
- Rate and benefit negotiations with the interested candidates.
- Finally assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes and present candidates resume to the hiring manager to scrutinize.
- Following up with the hiring managers regarding the submission status.
- Following up with the candidates to check their present status and availability.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 0-3 years experience working in a corporate or placement agency recruiting environment preferably in technology hiring.
- Ability to work & thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, team environment.
- Ability to handle & manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize & reprioritize.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Professional presentation and ability to interface with clients & candidates.
- Ability to make decisions, take direction, and execute a plan.
- Dedication, and hard worker who has a passion for success.
- Good and clear Communicator
- Enthusiastic, Young, Organized and Efficient
- Warm, likable, trustworthy.
- Genuinely excited about Technology
- Any graduate who is interested in making his/her career in recruitment.
