We urgently Require for a ''Manufacturing Supervisor'' Leading FMCG COMPANY

Position-Permanent

Qualification-10th - Graduation

Experience-0-5yrs

Salary-20,500 to 55,500 per month

Key Responsibilities :-

.Train and coach production line employees
.Conduct employee performance reviews
.Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back-up for absent employees and shift rotations
.Coordinate production start-ups, shut-downs, and changeovers
.Coordinate with HR for appropriate staffing levels
.Responsible to meet shift production goals
Operate within standard operating procedures and Job Safety Analysis
.Communicate with other shift supervisors and plant manager
.Ensure clean and safe work area
.Complete shift paper work
.Assist in production as necessary
.Other duties as assigned
