Senior Chemical Engineer required for a Water Treatment Plant at Dam @ ONN Associates

Job Description

Ensure production/ assembly is executed according to system design.

Deep knowledge of design concepts for following systems:

PSF

ACF

Softener

DM plant

UF, NF, RO & EDI

Daily briefing to site engineers will include:

i.Explaining the system to site engg in detail.

ii.Explaining our commitments & our scope.

iii.Clarifying activities outside of our scope.

iv.Discussing the layout of our system & their floor plan.

v.Ensuring site preparedness checklist is ready (get details from site engineer).

vi.Discuss with HO & freeze on day-to-day activities for erection & commissioning team.

vii.Take daily reporting of E&C status.

viii.Attending to daily service calls from clients.

ix.Raising service points with HO during morning meeting & deciding the solution.

x.Troubleshooting & guiding the service team

xi.Deputing the solution to site engineers & their team of helpers & fitters.

xii.Providing basic training to helpers & fitters.

Daily site progress report.

Coordinate between client & site engineer.

ex execution of installation within timeframe.

Plan for execution within budgeted range.

Plan for precise design execution.

Suggestive selling will include spares, chemical, Service (AMC & PMC)

New product piloting and R&D.
