Job Description:
Responsibility is mainly but not limited to:
1. Handle all field related issues on RDT products.
2. A end service calls on TH, DTH & Rotary products and trouble shoot issues both at site level and verbally over phone.
3. Conducting trials on new products and generate reports/feedback for internal discussion.
4. To perform successful trails and training on existing product lines.
5. Site training of operators for best drilling practices which can help in value recognition of our products.
6. To generate leads/reports on frequently faced field related issues and interact with PC.
7. Warranty parts inspection at dealer/stockiest office and make a report for claims processing.
8. To stay in touch with partners on regular basis.
9. This position requires frequent travel within country at least 10 days in a month and you will report to Application Manager - RDT
Skills and Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience in service background
Knowledge from RDT product line is plus
Knowledge on MRS will be added advantage
Qualification required :
Diploma/ Engineering in any discipline
Key competencies required for this role:
Basic understanding of RDT products like DTH, top hammer & rotary, Customer centricity.
Good Communication skills
Good understanding on MS office to generate technical reports frequently
