Job Description

Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)

Management Trainee is expected to generate business through various products like Machinery Loan/ equipment loan /Industrial property loan. He/she will use existing as well as new channels for sourcing new-to-company cases by understanding the credit profile of the prospect, the exact need and other credit and operational aspects. The Management Trainee will also manage the portfolio so generated in terms of installment recovery and collections for as well as will be responsible for the health of the portfolio.

Key Functions & Responsibilities

Sourcing of Business - Lead Generation

• Meeting Clients, convincing them, Negotiating with them (Hard Core Sales Job)
• Strengthening Principal Relationships
• Keeping Recovery under Control
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction 

Education & Experience Requirement

Education: Fresher M.B.A /B.E/B.Tech

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

2019 Pass out batch can also Apply

Technical / Managerial Competencies Required:

• Sound knowledge of MS office, esp. Microsoft excel
• Should have own mode of transport as the job requires extensive travel within the allocated geography.
• We would be inducting the Management Trainees with a view of grooming them to become Effective Managers in due course. 
• Management Trainee will have to serve the Training period of one month. During this period, they will get extensive training related to Sales.
• We are looking for the person who is inclined to Travel, Inclined towards front line sales. Most important is Performance Orientation, Pro-Active, Self driven, Knowledge-seeker & having a go-getter attitude.
