Job Description

Location: Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore Position. WFH as of now till situation normalizes. Otherwise Candidate Location should not be more than 15-18km from Bangalore office. Laptop and wifi is mandatory.
Exp- 6 months to 4.5 years- English & Hindi are mandatory .Any language is a plus - kanada ,tamil,marathi,telegu
Type: Fulltime Age criteria is max 30
6 days working and 1 week off
Day shift -Any 9 working hours between 8am to 10pm Interview process
1st round - Hr round
2nd Round-Online Aptitude test- Logical, grammar and essay
3rd Round-Operation round with manager -virtual discussion

  1. Role and Responsibility Customer Service Executive

    •  Inbound calling for customer service.

    •  Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.

    •  Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive

      communication.

    •  Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

    •  Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time

      limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

    •  Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.

    •  Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage

      customers.

    1. Role and Responsibility Relationship Manager Executive

      •  Act as the relationship manager for the Paid customers.

      •  Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive

        communication.

      •  Identify and assess customers needs.

      •  Service customer in finding the right tenant/house as per the requirement of customer.

      •  Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customer and leads.

      •  Use internal tools and methods to provide the best possible service to the customer.

      •  Negotiate with leads on behalf of the customer.

      •  Keep customer up-to-date on the progress of his account.

      •  Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

      •  Go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service
