Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities of the CNC Operators that we are looking to hire include:

To follow established systems
To execute the inspection as per the control plans.
To maintain the machinery everyday.
To closely monitor the machine performance as per the CNC program.
To ensure safety of machinery and measuring equipment.
To update production records and idle times in log book during the appointed shift.
To ensure cleanliness and housekeeping of the premises.
To ensure safe use of customer property, Instruments, etc.
To inform supervisor about any abnormalities noticed in machines and to record in the Abnormality Register
To ensure CNC program and the clamping methods are not altered
To load machining fixtures on to the HMC only in the presence of a supervisor.
To monitor insert wear and to change the face milling and boring inserts when deemed necessary.

Job Location: (20 KM south of Coimbatore City)
Opposite to Texmo Precision Castings, Mullupadi Gate, Pollachi Main Road, Kovilpalayam, Coimbatore District, Tamil Nadu, PIN 641004
Shift Duration: 8 Hours

Salary: Rs 10,000.00 - Rs 15,000.00 per month
