Job Description

Extensive experience in IT Delivery/Program/Product Management, Business Development, Agile - Scrum, IT Strategy, Solution Architecture, Financial Management
Strong Expertise on Program Management Focus Areas (Benefits Realization, Resource Utilization and Optimization, Management of - Stakeholders, Cost , Risk, Communications, Schedule, Scope, Vendors)
Ownership of P&L and Financial aspects of projects including Budgeting, Forecasting and Gross Margins
Building Customer Relationship and improving Customer Satisfaction Index with on time deliveries and meeting business objectives and expectations
Preparing Proposals, responses to RFPs and presenting Delivery Models to Senior Executives
Managing and Leading Onsite-Offshore projects/program with geographically distributed teams to realize business goals and coordinating across cross functional groups at various levels
Strong focus on Process Compliance, including CMMi, Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, RUP
Advocate of Agile Scrum methodology and running Scrum of Scrums with a focus on core Agile principles
Extensively contribution towards PMO activities, organizational level activities and conducting Project Management and Technical trainings
Well versed with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Product Lifecycle and have a strong hands on technical background in Object Oriented Analysis, Design practices, architecture and development
