Job Description

Position : KAM
Department : Business Development
Reports to : Sales Manager/National Sales Manager

We are looking for Curious, Proactive, Go Getter and Ambitious people, who is looking for a good growth in career and great grooming to become future leader. Candidates who can make our products and services attractive and available to consumers around the region Anyone who would like working at a strategic, tactical and operational level with highly skilled, motivated people.

General Functions:
Develop and maintain relationship with Key Opinion Leaders.
Ensure market penetration, coverage of territory spread across targeted areas.
Manage & develop strong channel partners.
Work closely with the SM/NSM/MD for management of business strategies and execution of field activities.
Understanding of Medical Device market.
Manage a team of Nurse/Application Specialist.
As the business develops, help setup Business Development teams, in co-ordination with the Regional Heads, across region.
Posses mentoring & coaching abilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong Customer relationship management and development aptitude.
Possess good presentation skills.
Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing new organization.
Proficient in English communication.
Experience in Medical Device & concept selling model is highly desirable.
Proven ability to work independently.
Possess good personality and able to work in a team environment.
Ability to apply qualitative and quantitative techniques.
Self starter with ability to solve problems with decision making ability.
Proficient in MS Office products with emphasis in Excel and Word.
Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills.

Education and Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Science/MBA with 5 -6 yrs exp. in sales or managing a business in a Medical Device Organization.
Proven track record in achievement.
