Job Description

for Accounts Executive:

General bookkeeping in Tally (Sales, purchases, expenses, bank entries.)
TDS calculations, workings, filing, reconciliations.
GST - liability calculation, return filing, reconciliations.
Bank reconciliations.
Payable and receivable management.
Excel skills.
Invoices preparation in Excel.
Invoicing, Daily Cash Expenses,
Knowledge of Tally ERP 9, MS Office.
Should have good experience and sound knowledge of GST, TDS.
Should know about day to day accounting, Tally Entry, etc.
Invoice entries and cross checking.
Data Filing and documentation
Accounts and Book Keeping.

Skills:

Strong communication and organization skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to analyze processes and identify improvements.
Ability to take ownership of issues and escalate where relevant
Should have good English Communication skills
1-2 years of work experience as an Account Officer / Account Executive/ Accountant / Article intern.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
