Job Description

Looking out for young, energetic fresher / a beginner who wants to build his/her career in HR & is thus looking for a platform to start with.


Job Description for the same is as follows :-

• Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like job portals, employee referral, head hunting, reference generation, etc
• Analyze the CVs and shortlist the candidates based on the pre-set criteria
• Scheduling the interviews of candidates
• Co-coordinating with the shortlisted candidates for interview lineups with the business head.
• Conducting the interviews by different ways (Personal & Telephonic Interview).
• Taking follow up for salary negotiation and Processing the offer letter / Offer details of the candidate as per the schedule
• Following up with the candidates till he/she comes on board
• Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates / applicants
• Develop and maintain all recruitment related MIS on a regular basis.
• Resolving salary queries and explaining HR policies.
• Handle end to end recruitment along with day to day operational work.

Job Type - Contractual Job (6 Months)

Stipend - 5k

Job Location - Gurgaon (Once or twice a week / Rest Work from home)

Venue - IIFL House, Plot no. 98, Udyog Vihar, Phase IV, Near Maruti Gate no. 3, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122015
