Hello Candidate,

ESAB is hiring National Service Manager for Cutting Systems Division in Chennai. This role will handle 15 - 20 Service Engineers and 4 -6 Technical Service Managers across India and will report to Business Head - Cutting Systems and National Sales Head - Welding Equipment and Aftermarket.

Designation : Manager / Sernior Manager

Qualification : DEEE / B.E - Electrical (Preferable)

Experience: 15 to 20 years

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1.Responsible to provide all India service for the Cutting System business vertical through a team of Service engineers. Planning and prioritizing service is also critical.

2.Responsible for the availability of Warranty Spares and immediate despatch of the same as per the requirement so as ensure early resolution of Complaints.

3.Responsible for Installation and commissioning of Cutting machines including cutting quality prove out.

4.Responsible for extending help in critical problems pertaining to Cutting M/c malfunction and/ or in the process prove out.

5.Responsible for CS S&W sales along with Business Manager CS.

6.Responsible for the development of a Service Business Strategy including S&W sales. 7.Training and recruitment as per requirement.
