Job Description
Description Work with TOPS stakeholders to identify training needs by assessing learner strengths and weaknesses.Evaluate learning requirements and design, recommend and implement training solutions.
Manage, evaluate and report on effectiveness of learning programs.
Develop project plans and effective communication plans to support the roll out of new technical training initiatives and programs.
Determines if external consultants or contractors will be required to complete the project plan and recruits and manages appropriate vendor resources.
Co-ordinates the on-going administration of allocated programs to ensure quality, consistency and continuity. Seeks opportunities to make improvements.
May conduct training or develop instructional or reference content as necessary to ensure timely and accurate implementation of programs.
Remain current with new industry trends with in WFM, and employee training needs
Remain current with trending Training Technologies
Collaborates cross functionally and geographically with global technical training team members, stakeholders and external team members.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.Proven experience designing and implementing training solutions preferably in Support or SaaS business environments.
Strong interpersonal skills & proven success in cross cultural collaboration.
Good presentation skills
The ability to self-direct as circumstances change and priorities shift, based on organizational needs, without constant oversight
Comfortable working in a fast paced and changing work environment
Coachable open to feedback and dedicated to constant self-improvement.
Proficient with MSO365 and SharePoint
Knowledge of and experience with a variety of leading-edge training methodologies and tools including LMS
4-5 years of experience in relevant training, L&D roles
MBA degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
