Job Description
Role : C4C Senior Solution Architect / Integration Solution Delivery Head
Job Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai/Noida
Department : CloudImagine you working as a C4C & Integration Solution Delivery Head and making a big difference by playing an important role in delivering business value to our customers.You can make a difference by executing the following roles and responsibilities:
- As a C4C & Integration Solution Delivery Manager, you will Design, Implement and Deploy SAP solutions to the customers to achieve defined Business goals.
- You will align technology with business strategy, working directly with the client gathering requirements to analyse design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.
- You will guide the teams in providing the solutions and delivering the Projects.
- You will provide help in Presales and resource estimation
- You will help in planning the Resources Recruitment and scheduling.
- Coordinate with the Practice for proper training and enablement of the consultants.

These skills are essential to essay the role of a C4C & Integration Solution Delivery Head. In addition, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:
- 10 +Years of experience in delivering the SAP C4C and Integration projects.
- At least 5 full cycle End to End implementation experience purely in SAP C4C Sales and Service and Integration to customers.
- End to end - Functional aspects of CRM/C4C Process Knowledge.
- End to end - Technical aspects of Cloud Integrations Knowledge.
- Responsible for Requirement Gathering, Configuration, Testing and Support.
- Should be able to work as an independent Solution and Delivery Head, capable of applying judgment to plan, execute, guide, and coordinate to deliver the projects.
- Should be able to respond to business / functional /technical queries / requests from team members and customer.
- Develop Executive connect and relationship with the customers.
- Should be able to communicate with SAP for Product related Solutions and Bugs.
- Good and effective English written and oral communication skills.
- Good Team Player.
- Ready to Explore and learn new technologies.
- Willingness to travel for Project specific requirements to deliver the projects.
Educational Qualifications and Domain Experience:
- Regular Engineering Degree / MBA from a reputed Institute.
- Domain Knowledge of at least three years in the Sales and Services area.
