we have opening for Tele sales

Purpose of the Role

To ensure Prospects are generated and converted from the leads received through various sources.

Role Description

  1. Outcall prospect who enquired for a new connection as allocated by the team leader
  2. Educate customer about the various plans and offers available
  3. Help customer to take a decision to opt for ACT
  4. Capture the lead in FWMP and Track Followup Leads
  5. Call back prospect in case of future sales requirement
  6. Attempt 3 times in case of no-responses and arrange to send sms

Overall lead generation & Lead conversion

Functional Competencies:Understanding Customer Requirements

Behavioral Competencies:Customer centricity, Passion for excellence, Good convincing skills

Education Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Work Experience:

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales / Tele Sales
