Job Summary:
The Customer Care Manager drives customer support function by execution of Care processes & motivating Team to serve customer first. In his role while providing support, he along with his team also helps in improving customer retention. As a Head Customer Care & Retention your most important role is leading and motivating a team to ensure they're giving the required Customer Service experience as per the SLA defined. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction and customer retention to 90%.He should be a graduate, preferably MBA with equivalent and minimum 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a field. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
