Looking for smart, dynamic inside sales professionals to join our team in Bangalore and Lucknow. We are a rapidly growing IT services firm with presence in Lucknow and Bangalore with the main base at central New Jersey USA. We primarily serve the USA Market with a wide range portfolio of IT Services including software development, IT projects for software testing, quality assurance, maintenance & support and USA IT staffing.
The job function involves business development among USA based direct clients, implementation partners and tier I suppliers. Candidates with minimum of 11 years of experience in inside sales especially from USA IT staffing industry would be preferred. The candidate is expected to have strong interpersonal, analytic, presentation and IT skills.
The candidate is expected to have a strong understanding of the sales process with a focus on inside sales skills including both verbal and non-verbal communication and presentation skills. The candidate is also expected to have knowledge of standard CRM and other sales & business generation tools.
The job function involves lead identification, prospecting, sales funnel creation and closures in-line with the sales targets. The candidate must be able to convincingly present the company & its offerings to USA clients along with the potential USPs for effective sales closures. The candidate should be willing to work on reasonable sales targets and should have proven track record of having met similar sales targets in the past.

Required Candidate profile
JOB SPECIFICATIONQualification: Any Graduate or MBA (IT/Marketing)
Experience: 11 years and above
Work Timing: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM
Minimum 10 years of US Market experience of Setting up Onsite Sales meetings through calling or by using different approaches.
Need to be from IT Domain , & deals in sales of IT Services Product & US IT Staffing
