Job Description

Role: Scrum Master cum Technical leader

Experience: 8 - 10 yrs

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MCA/M.Tech

Skills: SCRUM Fundamental Certification (SFC),Java Full Stack,Spring Boot, Spring Boot Restful,Spring Cloud,Spring Batch,Micro Services

Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of experience in software development

• 5+ years in a Scrum Master role or similar Agile experience

• Highly technical with strong knowledge of Java / Angular / Database tech stack

• Experience in IT Project management practices, Scrum/Agile methodologies including SAFE Agile

• Experience in leading, helping, and guiding project teams on initiatives with clear outcomes and deliverables

• Strong in data and process driven approach utilizing tools such as JIRA, Confluence/wiki/MS teams, Git, Jenkins

• Experience in helping teams achieve higher levels of value creation through Agile methodology and the right engineering practices (Ex: Unit testing / TDD / test coverage / Code Quality / zero technical Debt / CI-CD pipeline etc)

• Ability to manage product backlog and production bugs that may come in

• Ability to communicate delivery timelines and upcoming sprints with Sr Management & stakeholders
