Job Description

Designation- Customer Support Executive

Qualification- Graduates

Freshers can apply

Shifts- Rotational shift

Salary- 3lpa

Location- Haralur, HSR Layout

Experience- Min 6 months and above yrs of experience in Bpo/Call Centre.

Age limit- 30

Benefits

Experience in call centre/handling customer issues/tasks/outbound calling will be add on advantage.
Sunday off
Should be fluent in Hindi, and any south Indian language.

(STRONG PROFICIENCY IN SPOKEN ENGLISH AND WRITTEN)

Job Role

Providing solutions and payments arrangements to customer
Assist in resolving escalated issues
Strong motivation for clients services.
