Designation- Customer Support Executive


Qualification- Graduates


Freshers can apply


Shifts- Rotational shift


Salary- 3lpa


Location- Haralur, HSR Layout


Experience- Min 6 months and above yrs of experience in Bpo/Call Centre.


Age limit- 30


Benefits


  • Experience in call centre/handling customer issues/tasks/outbound calling will be add on advantage.
  • Sunday off
  • Should be fluent in Hindi, and any south Indian language.

Job Role


  • Providing solutions and payments arrangements to customer
  • Assist in resolving escalated issues
  • Strong motivation for clients services.
