Job Description

Past experience of working in a professional kitchen or similar position

Must have experience in Biryani & Mughlai Cuisine. Must have experience in Kolkata Biryani.

Extensive knowledge of making Biryani & other Mughlai dishes.

Candidates from Kolkata preferred.

Must have knowledge of recipes and presentation style.
Should be well versed in making variety of Mughlai cuisines

Ensure that required standards are adhered to in the production and preparation of food in quality, quantity and safety.

Work towards exceeding customers expectation by encouraging and promoting high level of service

Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared.

Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training employee cooks
