Job Description

Tender Executive JD
1. Experience: In below JD of Minimum 2.5-3 years (Pharma background
mandatory).
2. Current location: Mumbai
3. Age: Between 24 years to 35 years.
4. CTC: Upto 2.5 LPA
5. Gender: No gender preference.
6. JD:
a. Preparation of all documents && annexures to quote online && offline
International tenders (like Mauritius, Burkina Faso, Oman, etc.) && domestic
tender of finished formulation pharmaceutical product.
b. Preparation of EMD/ Bank Guarantee in coordination with account
department.
c. Keeping track of EMD/ Bank Guarantee && getting it released once either
tender supply is completed or in case we have not won the tender.
d. Coordinate with Field force && stockists PAN India for update on Domestic
tenders which are quoted.
e. Should be able to prepare corporate hospital quotations based on given rates
&& keep track of Hospital quotations.
