Godrej Infotech is hiring for L1 NOC Position.
The Job Description is as shared below
The job would be on contractual basis for a year. The in- hand CTC would be around Rs.11000/- and gross would be around Rs.13000/-
Key Responsibilities
-Administration and management (technical operations) in support of Cisco, Fortinet and HP network infrastructure (Routing, and Switching)
-Network Monitoring suing tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, Cacti, What-s Up etc.
-Handling tickets raised by customers related to Network issues / VPN issue etc.
-Understanding customer-s network and solving network related issues within SLA.
-Implements changes to Network infrastructure in order to correct errors or enhance functionality.
-Develops processes for improving operational efficiencies, as well as identifies/implements automation process/tools for existing NOC manual processes.
-Vendor management for DC Network, MPLS networks etc.
-Maintaining the Links SLA for DC network, LAN network, WAN network and reporting the SLA performance report at the time of clearing the tax invoice to Service providers.
-Arrange for monthly review meetings with Vendors for SLA tracking.
-Need to ensure daily, weekly and monthly network tasks handled such as the backup of Network device, Upgrading the IOS, Latency reports, weekly Backups etc.
-Monitor and Ensuring the Data Center Infra working fine and coordinating with vendors for repairs of HVAC or other network related issues.
-Prepares technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of network design and operational requirements.
-Ready to work in 24 by 7 shifts including holidays
Qualification Details
Essential Qualification: Engineering Graduate with 0-1 year relevant experience along with CCNA/CCNP Certification
No gap in Education (10+2+4 or 10+3+3)
Percentage should be above 50% throughout
Experience Details
Essential Experience: 0-1 years of Relevant experience of NOC handling monitoring and management of Network infrastructure of Fertigate Firewalls, Cisco Switches, wireless network etc
Preferred Experience: Preferred Industry Certification-s: -CCNA /FortiGate Certification / ITIL v3 Foundation (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
Male candidates who can join immediately would be preferred.
