Education : Bachelors Degree (Commerce/Finance stream preferred).
Experience :
Freshers are welcome
A. Graduate with preferably Finance qualification background
B. About 2-5 years of experience in Banking back office - Previous experience in Corporate Banking (Payment Investigations) is desirable
C. Good written & communication skills
Technical Competencies:
D. Typing speed 20wpm with 90% accuracy
E. Hands on experience on working with Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint
F. Working Knowledge on Microsoft SharePoint (preferred)
Soft Skills: (Language)

Job Description
H. Core Process Activities -
- Ensure successful sign-on to all systems. Inform supervisor to raise marketplace request for ID's not working / suspended
- Works on Reconciliation process.
- Works on the Unidentified Debit and Credit entries.
- Clearing breaks and End of Day Reconciliation.
- Escalate ageing breaks to respective team as applicable
- Initiate appropriate follow-ups on Debit breaks/out of funds cases
- Action the Department breaks which go untimely in next 24Hrs
- Review the basket to identify the breaks which needs to be resolved as per the SLA / Tier
- Matching and De-matching of reconciled & unreconciled items respectively.
- Collating required data for analysis.
- Escalate any potential client issue to Team Seniors immediately.
- Ensure all actions are appropriately taken to avoid potential losses or events.
- Meticulously to follow all control measures designed by the Business to avoid risk events.
- Meet required productivity metrics set for the team.
- Ensure tracking, accurate and timely resolutions of issues and exception raised
