We have an excellent opportunity for Senior HR Manager with one of the MNCs for Hyderabad Location

A minimum of 15+ years of proven working experience in the field of Human
Resource management.
Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Should have the ability to deal with grievances, violations, and invoking
disciplinary action when required.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all
levels of the company.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work
confidently across levels and cultures
Planning and project management, including designing, developing,
implementing, and evaluating strategic HR, recruitment, or L&D strategies,
solutions, and interventions.
Tech-savvy experience with HR systems, recruitment networks and databases,
digital channels, and employer brand marketing
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Analytical skills, coupled with the ability to think laterally and strategically.
